Reserve your Banquet Tables
International Convention will be here soon. For the first time divisions, chapters, companies or a group of convention friends can reserve a table in the main banquet hall before arriving on site in New Orleans.
The International Board has agreed to offer this opportunity as a fundraiser for a local charity in New Orleans – Make it Right NOLA organization, www.makeitrightnola.org.
So get your friends together to reserve your banquet table today so you won’t have to wait in line for your table assignment when you arrive in New Orleans. You’ll also be donating to a very worthy cause.
Don't miss your chance to sign up and help a worthy cause in the process. The deadline in May 1.
For more information or to download a banquet table reservation, click here.
If you have questions, please email ihafkemeyer@iaap-hq.org.

| Try Green Blogging |
|
In November InterCall launched an environmental resource website www.greenconferencing.com. On the site is a blog for companies to share the ways they are going green.
Since Earth Day is coming up, it's the perfect time to write a blog on your company's green effort. This may be a job for a local chapter president or active member who is attempting to “green” an office.
Blog articles to post should be around 300 words. Intercall would also love to post a picture or logo. Interested?
Anyone is welcome to write comments on existing post. If you’d like to contribute a featured post, contact Aclubb@intercall.com.
