IAAP Online Registration Information

Please read before registering:

If technical problems arise, please contact the Convention staff at IAAP Headquarters at meetings@iaap-hq.org and our staff will do its best to quickly resolve any issues or problems. HINT: If you review the registration form in the printed registration booklet or download the online version here, it will assist in registering online.

Space is limited for educational workshops-- register ASAP for a better chance at receiving your top choices. Educational Workshops are listed online by their workshop number. Educational Workshops that are unavailable will have the word FULL where the checkbox would have been. If your first choice is FULL, then please select your second choice.

*NOTE: Students, Student Chapter Advisors and Affiliates must fax the print registration form and pay by check or credit card.

Important Note to IAAP Division and Chapter Delegates and Alternates

Convention delegates and alternates may register online, however all delegates/alternates will still need to mail or fax a hard copy of the registration form (see "Credentials" box on the registration form) with the required signatures. As a reminder, the deadline to send credentials form for division or chapter delegates and alternates to Headquarters is July 7, 2008, per policies in the IAAP International Bylaws and Standing Rules.

NOTE: If you will be a Delegate or Alternate, you will still need to obtain the two required signatures before you fax the registration form to IAAP Headquarters.

NOTE: You may register by sending the registration form and payment to Headquarters via fax.

You can fill the registration form out on your computer if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print it out. OR Print it out and then fill it in by hand. You must then fax the form to IAAP headquarters at 816.891.9118.

You cannot save the filled-in form to your computer unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

Online registration for the 2008 International Convention is closed as of 12 noon on Wednesday, July 16. Please feel free to print off the convention registration form and fax it to our office by Friday, July 18, with the appropriate information completed.

Starting on Monday, July 21, pre-registration will be closed and you may then register onsite in New Orleans at the Onsite Registration Desk.
