New IAAP Membership Reports are Here!

Dear Division and Chapter Leaders,

The New Reports are here! Your patience has been greatly appreciated as we worked through a few minor challenges, and I am pleased to announce that you can now access the July 31, 2007 online membership reports.

Following are some highlights:

  • No more second login to access the membership reports. To access the new reports go to the IAAP website (www.iaap-hq.org), log in to the Online Community, and click Members’ Place – Member Resources – Member Reports – Officers Only Month End Reports.
     
  • All Division Officers, Division Committee Chairmen, Chapter Officers, and Chapter Committee Chairmen have access to their respective reports. Access is granted based on the information submitted to IAAP Headquarters via the 2007-2008 Officer and Committee Chairman Directory Listing.
     
  • The Statistics Reports replace the Census Summary, Census Detail, Billing, and Rebate Reports.
     
  • The Statistics Reports have drill down capabilities in many areas so with one click you can see the members behind the numbers.
     
  • The sponsor ID and name are now included when you drill down on the New Column within the Statistics Reports.
     
  • The Billing information updates as payments are made so members originally billed in July will no longer be listed on the online report once a payment is made.
     
  • The Division Member at Large and Association Member at Large Active Member Rosters will be available through the New Reporting Area at a later date. In the interim you can contact me (jjohnston@iaap-hq.org) for these reports. The live Chapter Active Member Rosters are currently available.
     
  • You are no longer limited in your downloading options. Just highlight and copy the information into the software program you want to use.

Due to the nature of these reports, it is imperative that you access the online reports and print any and all items you may need as soon as possible. When the Statistics Reports are updated for the next month, the previous month’s reports cannot be recreated as they originally appeared.

I want to thank everyone involved – individual members, chapters, divisions, the International Board, and my fellow IAAP staff members in making this vision a reality. We are definitely “FORWARD MOVING” in 2007-2008, so buckle up and enjoy the ride.
