Exhibit Booth Information
Location:

Dimensions/Furnishings:
8' x 10' booth, sign designating company name and booth number, 6' draped
table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket.
Cost:
Cost per booth: U.S. $1,250
Deposit (due with contract): U.S. $625
Balance (due by May 2, 2008): U.S. $625
Space Assignment:
Made by Exhibit Management on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
Application for Space
- Complete the application and contract for space.
- Enclose a check made payable to IAAP. Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express, are also accepted.
- Mail the completed application and payment to: IAAP Office Expo, PO
Box 20404, Kansas City MO 64195-0404 or fax to 816.891.9118.
- Upon notification of acceptance, your application becomes a contract
subject to the Regulations and Terms and the contents of the brochure.
- Pay any balance due no later than May 2, 2008.
- You will be notified as to booth assignment by May 25, 2008.

Registration Packet:
Exhibitors may receive up to six (6) badges per booth and two (2) tickets (per booth) to the
Sunday evening event.
Names for exhibitor badges are due by May 2, 2008. Badges will be mailed to
booth contact in June. |

Booths must be set up by 12:00 Noon on Sunday, July 27, and remain
intact until official closing at 5:00 pm, Monday, July 28. Earlier tear
downs only with Convention Manager approval. |
Booth Service
and Equipment
Exhibitor Service Kits will be e-mailed in April 2007 by the official
show decorator. Orders for special work and equipment should be placed
well in advance of the convention to assure proper servicing of orders and
to avoid additional costs. Special requests and unique problems related to
decoration and drayage should be addressed directly to:
