Kathy has worked at IAAP headquarters since June of 1979 and manages all aspects of IAAP's certification program. In her spare time, she is involved in the missions ministry at her church and sings in the contemporary ensemble. Kathy also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and watching movies. 

Rick has worked at IAAP headquarters since June of 2005 and oversees all IAAP advertising and sponsorship accounts. He also organizes and books vendors for the annual EFAM Marketplace, assists with The Foundation of IAAP, handles affinity partner programs and IAAP product surveys. An Illinois native and graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kan., Rick is a sports fan (Denver Broncos, specifically) and enjoys hiking and music.

Emily has worked at IAAP headquarters since March of 2008. As managing editor of OfficePro magazine, she writes, plans the editorial calendar, works with writers and is responsible for the business end of the magazine. Her department also is responsible for the member newsletter, Connections, Administrative Professionals Day, written materials such as brochures, logos, public relations and IAAP's social networking. Emily studied journalism and English at the University of Nebraska. She moved to Kansas City in 2005 to take a job as a community newspaper editor. In her spare time, Emily enjoys science fiction, both books and movies, and writing.

Amy Randolph joined the staff of IAAP in November 2012 as the Membership Marketing Manager. She is primarily responsible for the strategic direction and management of membership development, member relations, recruitment and retention. She also develops and implements strategies to nurture and support a strong network of chapters and divisions that result in more effective relationships between components and the International Board and headquarters. Amy's passions are travel, music and art, She has seen her favorite band over 60 times all across the world. Amy was born and raised in Gladstone, Mo. She attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo., and Imperial College located in London, England. She holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. She started her career as a radio morning show co-host in Kansas City and eventually entered into the nonprofit sector. Amy has worked for several well known nonprofits in development and communications including Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill Industries and SAFEHOME.

Shannon joined the IAAP staff in February 2012 and is the Office Services Admin. She is the first point of contact for headquarters, answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors. She maintains the general email inbox and fax number. Shannon also assists the Executive Director, the International Board, and the Governance Coordinator with administrative tasks as needed. She is a native of Kansas City and started her professional career at the Gilbert/Robinson Corporate office in the accounts payable department. She then moved onto the Dickson-Diveley Midwest Orthopaedic Clinic/Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute and spent 17 years working her way up from a file clerk to Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable Specialist. Shannon loves to read and is very passionate about vegetable gardening and animal welfare.

Claudia has worked at IAAP headquarters since October of 1977. Currently working in the membership department, Claudia handles OfficePro magazine subscriptions and circulation questions, registration for Spring Conference, as well as answering general membership questions. She was born in Owatonna, Mn., and has also lived in Hannibal, Mo., and Columbia, Mo. One of Claudia's favorite movies is "Eat, Pray, Love," and she also enjoys watching and playing tennis and being around her family.

Currently living in Gladstone, Mo., with his wife and two children, Ben began working at IAAP in September 2009 after previously working as an online content strategist for a large business-to-business publishing company. As Internet Communications Coordinator for IAAP, Ben manages the IAAP Web Community, the IAAP headquarters site and assists chapter and division webmasters with their IAAP websites. Ben is a graduate of the University of Missouri and received his Bachelor of Journalism in 2001.

John joined the IAAP headquarters staff in October of 2010 after previously working for The Kansas City Star. As graphic design coordinator, John designs promotional materials, website graphics, logos and designs OfficePro magazine, developing a consistent and cohesive brand for IAAP. John was born in Omaha, Neb., and studied graphic design at Missouri State University. In his spare time, John enjoys rooting for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. 

Creig has worked at IAAP headquarters since November of 2002 and oversees all network and database administration, desktop support and help desk support. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and tinkering with computers.
