To help you navigate all of the education EFAM 2014 offers, here’s a legend that explains the tracks and levels of education.

Track: CPD - Career Professional Development Track | L - Leadership Track | T - Technology Track

RP: stands for Recertification Point(s). This is the number of points each session qualifies for recertification.

The color coding is to help you decipher the skill and knowledge level for each session.

Basic - Fundamental skills and information important to all administrative professionals who want to excel. No prior knowledge or experience related to the subject is necessary to get the full benefit of the session.

Intermediate - Expand your basic skills and knowledge to raise the level of your performance and become even more effective. Some prior knowledge of the session’s subject matter will be necessary to achieve maximum benefit.

Advanced/C-Suite - Designed for those with extensive administrative support experience and for those who support, or have a goal of supporting, C-level executives. Significant experience with the subject of the session will be very helpful in achieving the maximum benefit.

You will also learn how you should communicate through these modes with individuals in your organization versus those who are external. 3:00pm - 5:00pm* Minute-Taking: Inside and Outside the Boardroom Does being asked to take minutes at a board, company, or department meeting make your heart clutch a little? Learn the many ways this skill is relevant to your everyday life, as well as best practices and tips and tricks to make it a snap! Learn what mindset a great minute taker must adopt. 3:00pm - 5:00pm* Mobile Apps With A Business Edge Emailing, managing calendars and taking notes on mobile devices is great, but why not go well beyond the basics? Turn your phone into a scanner, edit a video, track a flight, navigate around traffic jams or seamlessly organize international travel plans.
