The International Association of Administrative Professionals' Research and Educational Foundation is pleased to announce the award of more than $10,000 in scholarships to 19 people so they can attend the association's annual education forum July 22-25 in Grapevine, Texas. More than 100 scholarship applications were submitted. The awards will cover the cost of early-bird registration for the forum. All award winners will be attending the forum for the first time.

Gerald J. “Jay” Donohue, Jr., CAE, CMP, recently stepped in as the new executive director of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo. Donohue’s new position marks a homecoming for a man with deep connections to the Kansas City region. It also launches a new era for the association, which is nearing its 70th anniversary.
