Eight Easy Steps To Bring The OPTIONS Program To Your Site:

Meet with staff and determine their interest in participating.

Assign staff to skill levels 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Order the OPTIONS materials.

All 12-book sets will be shipped to your address within 10–12 business days.

If used for individual self-study, meet with the employee to devise a time table for completing the modules. Arrange for periodic checks to discuss progress and talk about the material.

If used for group study, have the group determine the best time and place for a monthly meeting. Set a beginning and ending time. Meetings can be brown-bag lunches or scheduled before/after work hours. Have each participant select one module to faciliate. For each meeting, participants should arrive having read the material, completed the activities, and ready to discuss the subject and apply it to their work areas.

After each module, employees send completed assignments to IAAP® Education Department for review.

Personalized CEU certificates are e-mailed within 10 days and .2 CEU will be recorded on the participant’s computerized transcript at IAAP Headquarters for each module completed.
