With the new design of the website, members are now able to download & print their member ID card. If you notice the ID number is totally different from your previous membership ID number.

When completing re-certification application and other documents (such as applications for Summit) what number do we use? Should we go with this new website member ID number or the former membership ID number?

Hi Jean,

Thanks for your message! Please use your previous membership ID number. We are aware that the cards are printing another number and will be fixing the printable cards early next week. Again, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and we appreciate your patience with the new website changes.

Have a great weekend!
Amy

Hi Amy,

I appreciate the clarification. Even if you change the wording to "web ID" instead of "membership id" it would help with any confusion individuals might have like I had.

Regards,
Jean
