You are such an inspiration, Elysia. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I took the CAP and OM Exams last week. I also took Marie Hermann's Study Groups to prepare for both exams and I can't say enough what a real blessing it turned out to be to have her guidance and help throughout these last few months. In the last couple of days and few hours before taking the tests, I could hear Marie's voice in my head giving me words of encouragement. She is right, the journey itself has been monumental and I've learned so much now that I so look forward to applying it to my daily job and responsibilities. Thanks for sharing your journey...what an inspiration you are! As part of my 2016 Annual PA, I set a goal to acquire my OM designation. I have been putting this thing off due to all the changes that were taking place with International, but now I think I'm up for the challenge.

Uncertain of what this new OM credentialing process that's up-coming for 2017 will entail, I think it is best for me to follow my gut and go for it in September. I enjoy self-study, but will consider the group study with Marie for this one. I could really use the encouragement and instruction. I made a pledge to be "excellent" and now it's time for me to Step My Game Up!
