I just received my CAP certification (yay!) and want to ensure that I am taking the right steps for recertification. I see references in a couple of places to a Recertification Handbook, but I can't find the actual document (I do have the tracking spreadsheet). Where can I find more information?

Congrats Katie. I find it very easy to recertify by logging everything I learn or lead on my spreadsheet and then submitting it to IAAP every 5 years. Every meeting I attend, I ask "was this training I can use as points? Was it new software?" and it usually is. I got all my info from the Recert tab of IAAP website.
Libby
