I am interested in participating in IAAP's Foundation of Leadership program in 2019. In order to persuade my bosses to help cover the cost, I was wandering did anybody take part in this program back when it was Leadership Academy? If so, how was your experience? For those in the Knoxville, TN area if you have your CAP what do you do to earn recertification points, especially for those that work in higher education?

I participated in Leadership Academy in 2017. It was a turning point for me in my outlook on work and personally. It helped to give me confidence to be more open with my boss and become a partner with him to achieve our team's goals. The facilitators were great and the content, coaching and mentoring were excellent. I would highly recommend the program.

Hi Katherine! I totally agree with Kurt's paragraph. I participated in Leadership Academy in 2016 and learned so much. And I'm sure with Veronica Cochran's participation in the new Foundation of Leadership it will be more than amazing! I highly recommend it. Best wishes!
