Two years ago I had a career change. After 23 years with the same company and my second "reorg," they were done with me, and I needed to move on. I pursued continuing education throughout my career having earned nine professional designations in my field and going back to school to earn my Master of Science in Management (M.S.M.) degree. I worked in an administrative role early in my career, and I have now come full circle returning to an administrative role that I absolutely love. I'm hoping to learn more about the administrative profession and best practices and to strengthen my skills. I'm also hoping to enhance my credibility as an administrative professional by earning the CAP designation.

In mid-January I posted about My CAP Journey. I have since completed Marie Herman's study group on March 27, 2019, and I sat for the CAP exam on March 29, 2019. I feel the study group prepared me well for the exam. I am cautiously optimistic, and I am anxiously awaiting my exam results!
