My name is Hilary Maldonado and I am currently living in Texas. I have been working as an administrative professional for the past 7 years in various roles.

I am looking forward to taking the CAP exam because I enjoy learning new things, setting high goals, and challenging myself. I believe that achieving certification will also help to communicate that I am current on information that will help me to be successful in my current role and that I enjoy growing my skill set.

I am feeling a bit anxious about the exam as it covers a wide range of information but that is okay because I am channeling that anxiety into motivation and am thinking positively. In addition to purchasing the CAP Study Guide, I have also joined Marie Herman’s CAP Study Group for extra support and it has really helped to break down the exam and performance outcomes. I am looking forward to succeeding in this challenge and obtaining my certification!
