Greetings Community,
This is a continuation of a previous post concerning my preparation for the CAP Exam. I recently had the 1st session of the Study Group (Tuesday) and it was not as intimidating as I had in MY MIND. The instructor laid out clear expectations and how to achieve our goals. There is going to be a lot of hard work (lots of reading); however, preparation is going to be a vital part of the process. By becoming CAP certified I expect to have the knowledge and skills needed to excel further in my current position with potential salary increase. Below are just a few things I think will help me on this journey to becoming CAP certified. There's no turning back now.

Good habits create successful people!

1. To begin I must have a positive attitude. Positivity leads to success.
2. Space out my studying.
3. Create summaries of my study sessions (Thanks Marie)
4. Have specific goals for each study session. Keeps you focused.
5. Organize my study materials (this will help with distractions).
6. Use Technology (Google is my friend).
7. Eat Healthy.
8. Rest. Consistent rest helps the brain to perform.

I am open to any other suggestions from the community.
