Hello Professor and Classmates!

I hope you and your family are doing well. I am Andria, and I have 27 years of experience working as an administrative professional, including supporting the President, executive leadership teams, and organizational governing bodies. Additionally, I am responsible for supervising three administrators who work with me in the executive office. I work for a union representing 475k healthcare workers. Our administrative workforce totals roughly 500. One of my biggest passions is advocating for administrators' continued growth and development.

A CAP Certification, I believe, will "elevate my profession." I've always desired certification but lacked time to pursue it. Certifications, in my opinion, establish a north star, a direction for learning and organizational transformation. In addition, certifications demonstrate that individuals are committed to spending time on themselves and their careers through ongoing education and participation in certification programs. My plan is to complete the CAP and several other certifications next year.

I'd like to wish everyone good luck, and I'm looking forward to learning with you.
