<description><![CDATA[My original journey began as an attempt to receive an educational incentive on my job. After being told I could not receive an educational incentive based on educational accomplishments, I searched for certification programs for administrative personnel and found the CAP several years ago. After reviewing the information for this certification, I realized this program was a "validation" for administrative professionals. This is a way to show others, we know what we know. At the point, my thoughts changed from getting a certification to increase my pay to getting THIS certification that shows others how good we are at what I do. The CAP designation shows just how essential administrative professionals are in all career fields and at all levels.]]></description>
