IAAP Partnership Award
Give yourself and your executive the recognition you both deserve by completing an application for you and your team for the IAAP Partnership Award!

The IAAP Partnership Award is awarded to an Administrative Professional/Executive team that exemplifies strategic alignment and shares accountability.


Nominations for the IAAP Achievement Awards 2018-2019 will be accepted November 1 through December 31. 

 


 

Award:

The administrative professional and executive will receive all expenses paid package to attend Summit or a comparable IAAP Conference.

  • Transportation (airfare, shuttle/taxi to and from airport to the conference hotel)
  • Hotel costs for the duration of the conference (IAAP will make hotel arrangements)
  • Premium registration
  • The winner will serve on the Awards Seletion Committee the following year.
  • Award plaque
  • Feature in OfficePro
  • Feature on the IAAP website
  • The winner will be able to participate or nominate someone from their company to participate in the Awards Committee for the following year. 

 

If the winner is unable to attend Summit, the chosen award winner will receive recognition at Summit 2019 and the award is for attendance at Summit 2019. Award winner are not required to attend Summit 2019 in order to receive the award but will be encouraged to attend if possible in order to be recognized. IAAP will provide a similar valued package to attend another IAAP event within one year of announcement of the award. However, please note that on-stage recognition will only occur at Summit.

 

Award Criteria:

  • Influence and elevate the profession both inside and outside of the workplace.
  • Exhibit a cohesive and united partnership based on trust with authenticity and transparency in both action and communication.
  • Demonstrate mutual commitment and support of company strategy, goals and mission.
  • Show support of each other's professional and personal goals. 
  • Be an example of a growing and solid partnership that is respected and sought after by others both inside and outside of the company.

 IAAP Partnership Award FAQ


How do you complete the application for you or a colleague?

You will have until December 31st to turn in your application and any other materials pertaining to the application as well as additional materials to support the application. Winners will be announced at Summit.

Do you have to be an IAAP member to complete an application for your Partnership?

No, you do not have to be a current IAAP member. However; the administrator within the partnership needs to be an IAAP member.

How are winners selected?

Winners of the IAAP Partnership Award will be selected by a selection committee. The committee will review all applications and supporting materials to determine who will receive this award.

How many members may win this award?

One team may receive an IAAP Partnership Award.

Will late nominations or applications be considered?

We will not be able to consider late nominations or applications under any circumstances. In order to avoid any issues, we recommend you submit your materials in advance of any deadlines.


What if an award winner cannot attend IAAP Summit 2018 when the awards are presented?
If an award winner is not in attendance, they will still receive recognition at the conference, and arrangements will be made with the recipient to receive their award.
