Day One 1. Organizational behavior learning objectives a. Distinguish between intrapersonal and interpersonal behavior and their impact on your professional advancement b. Interpret the effect diversity has on an organization’s success and future growth 2. Compelling Communication learning objectives a. Explain how personality types affect communication styles, professional interactions, and then employ professional communication strategies to meet individual needs b. Employ professional communication to impart influence in the workplace c. Analyze conflict resolution strategies and implement in professional situations Day Two 1. Effective Teamwork learning objectives a. Examine how organizations and individuals benefit when employees work in teams b. Demonstrate how to build and maintain a high performing team and manage difficult behavior in team environments Day Three (1/2 day) 1. Strategic Planning learning objectives a. Describe the importance of processes and procedures in strategic planning b.
