A three-part AdminElevate series

Administrative professionals are called upon daily to navigate competing priorities, work through ambiguity, and contribute to decisions that affect the whole organization. This series builds the analytical and adaptive thinking skills that support confident, effective action at every career stage. It features collaborative learning opportunities through facilitator-led segments and small group interactions via breakout rooms.  

Across three sessions, you'll move from diagnosing problems to acting strategically:

Part 1: Practical Problem Solving — Learn to define problems clearly and separate symptoms from root causes, gather the right information efficiently (and recognize when you need more), and generate and evaluate solutions using systematic approaches.

Part 2: Decision Making & Priority Management — Build the ability to make sound decisions using proven frameworks and tools, prioritize competing tasks and requests by urgency, impact, and organizational goals, and explain your reasoning in ways that build confidence and alignment.

Part 3: Strategic Thinking & Adaptability — Develop the capacity to anticipate challenges and opportunities in changing environments, adapt your plans when circumstances shift, and communicate strategic insights to partners and decision-makers.
