TA Specialty- What's coming Fall 2017?

Is the TA specialty being revamped, and if so, has anyone heard if it's going to be an online platform like OM? Next month, I have to tell my employer what my training goals are for the next fiscal year (beginning July 1). I don't know whether to suggest this or wait until June 2018 after I have more details.
