Hello, I have been an Executive Assistant for 11 years. Believing you are never too old to stop learning or growing in your career, I’ve made the decision to earn my certification. In my job it’s important for me to lead by example, and my hope is that the CAP will be the right tool to differentiate me and achieve both personal and professional goals. I’m super motivated to study hard the next few weeks and pass the CAP Exam in April 2018. Encouragement was given to me after speaking to a couple of successful Executive Assistants who studied with Marie Herman and earned their CAP last year. Passing this exam will give me the self-gratification I need to continue prospering in my career. Additionally, I’m happy to be a member of IAAP.
