CAP 2019 - Doing it My Way
After more than a year of clicking on the link and looking thru the IAAP site, I decided to join last year and because I was overwhelmed at work, I miss the deadline to register for the CAP Exam. Toward the end of last year, I decided to not wait any longer. My company is fairly small and to obtain my CAP mean that I will stand out from a team of over 50 admins. This is exciting to me to finally stand out from so many people who are just like me. I am pushing to get this right and prove to myself that I have the ability to learn and to concur. It is my wish for each and every person taking on this major responsibility to OWN IT. Make it your dream and wait for the reality. Looking forward to adding the letters after my name especially my email signature block. Most importantly I will be waiting on the questions from other Admins once people start to notice. I probably will add the link to iaap so they can follow my path.
