Hi all! I know I read recently that IAAP has added a CAP-in-training type designation for those Admins who are new to our profession but are already wanting to work towards CAP but don't have the years of experience. Can someone link that info to me? I have a new Admin in our office who's wanting to add CAP to her 2020 goals but doesn't have enough experience yet. This would seem to be perfect for her. Thank you all in advance!

We are currently working on the CAP (ip), which is the CAP in progress. It will be exclusively for those graduating from a 2-year administrative or office degree program at a college who do not have enough years of work experience to sit for the CAP. Perfect, thank you! I did have the CAP_Certification information shows less experience, but I was looking for the CAP (ip) so appreciate that extra information - I couldn't remember the official name. That will be a great service to our younger Admin staff.
