My CAP Certification Journey
I can identify with so many of the views expressed in the recent posts. It really helps to know that I am not alone in my fears. I don’t like being in the spotlight so embarking on this journey to show others how great (or maybe not so great) I am is terrifying. I am so fortunate that I have a terrific boss who is very encouraging of my efforts. Earning my CAP certification is actually one of my performance goals for this year. I joined Marie Hermann’s study group and I am so glad I did. Her demeanor is calm and reassuring and her enthusiasm for success is contagious! Best wishes to all who are studying for the exam – wishing you all much success!

That is so good to hear that you have the support from your employer. You have made a great decision on joining a study group and you will do well.

Taking another step on the journey to achieving my goal of CAP certification. I just submitted my application for the Fall 2020 CAP exam (instead of waiting for 2021). I am blessed to have a boss that is supportive and encouraging.
