I will be sitting for the Fall CAP exam so that I can show my employer of ten years as well as myself that I am an expert in my field and dedicated to the work that I do as an Admin. By becoming CAP certified, I will not only receive an increase in pay and a nice little spot bonus, but I will also to be able to excel in what I do day to day. I have been putting off the CAP exam because I feared that I would fail, but now I am feeling super confident and have decided not to put it off any longer. I will be the only CAP certified person in my company. I have joined Marie Herman's study group to help me prepare for the Fall CAP exam. I got this!
