Greetings all! Just a quick note to state why I decided to become CAP Certified... I chose CAP over PACE finding that CAP provided an elevated experience to learn the domain information and the learning support group from Marie Herman's expertise. I felt that CAP would elevate my knowledge and future abilities to best support my executive and the organization best, as well as provide a window to elevate my career path. After the first week, I find it imperative to have a solid plan to read and absorb the materials being key to stay on track, as I prepare for the exam and not fall behind to my own demise.
