I paid for my Practice Exam and it is not working! I am losing faith!

I paid for my Practice Exam and it is not working! I am losing faith!
Good day. I spent EC$400.00 for this Practice Exam and the link asked me to log in. I did log in to my Webassessor account and did not see the Practice Exam, only the actual exam. It is now showing up with a green check mark as if I did the exam! Someone please explain as I am VERY disappointed! I am also losing faith for my exam scheduled for Tuesday as I do not want this to happen then.

Hi Zoe - I agree that Katie can help you, but also, the practice exam should be in your Learn@IAAP account - not on Webassessor.
