Fumiyo, I re-took the latest CAP three days ago as I missed the last recertification I should have done a few years ago and my rating got inactive then. I wanted to retake the test because some of my students would be interested in the test, so I needed to be familiar with the new format (I got the test in 1995---it was long long time ago!). I thought the test covered many topics, particularly, communication and computer-related ones. I would recommend you should make yourself a computer savvy ;) Also, the practice test IAAP offers worked tremendously. I strongly recommend you try the mock-up before the real test! I am still waiting for the result, but anyway, good luck with your challenge!
