Well, I figured out what the problem was - I am staying next door to the Hyatt Regency at the Hyatt House (it was nearly $80/night cheaper and you still have full access to all of the Regency's restaurants and pool). Since that was my drop-off location, Super Shuttle wasn't offering the discount ($24 each way) or the van option. As soon as I changed my drop off location to the Regency, the van option appeared and I got the discount. I'll just walk around the corner to the Hyatt House after they drop me off. Good grief, glad I got that taken care of!
