William -- I enjoyed reading your report and the fact that some people are doing the. I always prepared a brief report for my executive when I attended the annual gathering but was pretty dull reading; just black ink on white paper. Thank you for sharing with everyone. I hope it encourages others to create their reports whether they are asked for or not.

I followed your idea and submitted a similar report to my supervisor and division manager. I also included my experience with the Leadership Academy this year so it was done recently. I received very positive feedback and kudos for my initiative of professional development. Thanks for the idea.

Glad it was helpful! I've found that I go back and read it once a month or so just to keep what I learned fresh in my mind. I might even attach it to a recurring calendar appointment.
