Better late than never! 7 P. Nash I think it is so easy to slip into complacency - whether because we feel "safe" in our jobs or we think we will retire soon or whatever reason. All I know is, time after time, I see administrative professionals get the rug pulled out from underneath their feet and they are ill prepared for an unexpected job search or angry because they are passed up on a promotion. Keeping your skills cutting edge (and more important - relevant) is so critical to long term success. I'm so glad you have decided to come back and try for the certification and that I get to share the journey with you.

Webinars for Recertification points 6 S. Rooney I would like to see IAAP weigh in with an official answer. However, as far as the difference between recordings and replays my guess would be that the recordings are the actual recordings (such as I make from my webinars) where people can access them, but watching is tracked. I can verify someone saw them all the way through. Previously IAAP had required that there be something like a quiz available to verify someone's attendance. Replays would be the on demand streaming, where the recordings are streamed but there is no actual way of verifying who watched them. I want to verify this with IAAP since it obviously impacts the CAP points.

Certification Points 2 K. Schaefer Hi, Kristin. Any education that aligns with the Body of Knowledge can count for recertification points. You do need to have supporting documentation to prove you attended the course and how many hours it was. Recertification points are awarded by time: 1 hour of education equals 1 recertification point.Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
