Hello, Is anyone else having trouble booking the airport shuttle using the link provided in the registration confirmation email from IAAP? When you go to the Super Shuttle page and enter the info for a pickup at MSY and drop off at the hotel it doesn't offer a shared shuttle option, only "Black Car Meet & Greet" and "SUV Meet & Greet" for $125 and $162 respectively. I'd much prefer the $24 round-trip shared shuttle, and I'm sure my employer would, too. Thanks for any help. -Rachel

I had no problem booking the $24 shared shuttle using the link. Could it be that it is not available at the time you entered? 

I haven't been able to enter a time/date yet. When I enter the airport selection for pickup and the hotel for drop off, along with how many passengers, the next screen is the two options of a private car that I mentioned below. I have to pick one one of those before I can enter any more details. I even created an account thinking that might change my options, but it didn't. I might just call them directly to book it instead of doing it online.

I also had trouble using the code online, even after clearing out my cookies. I booked through SuperShuttle's app and used the code SUN17 to get 10% off and double airline rewards.

Is it $24 from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport? Or just from the airport to the hotel and then another $24 from the hotel to the airport?

When I booked the shuttle, it shows $24 each way.

It's $24 each way ($21.60 with the discount).

I also couldn't get the IAAP code to work, I used my AAA membership # & received the 10% discount.
