My Path to CAP
Hi. I'm Linda. I am planning to take the CAP in Spring 2018. As many years as I have been an assistant, it wasn't until last year that I heard of CAP-Certified Administrative Professional. I have always tried to better myself. Many have told me that I am a "Jack of All Trades." I believe, "Knowledge is Power" (the more you know, the better you are). With over 20 years of various business experience (having my own businesses-restaurant, gourmet pet bakery; being in higher education; healthcare, a certified chef, etc.), I decided to take the next step to expand my career, as well as my opportunities. After attending the IAAP Summit in July 2017, I have found my passion again. I am excited about this journey and the people I will be meeting.

Good Luck, Linda. I recall us meeting at the IAAP in New Orleans last July. You will pass with flying colors and this will open even more doors for you.
