Taking the CAP Exam in the Spring
My name is Arlene Paulino. I’ve been working in the administrative field for over 20 years and love it. I’ve been an IAAP member for over nine years. IAAP has given me opportunities to connect, learn, lead, and excel. This year, I’m stepping up my game and getting out of my comfort zone to take the CAP Exam this spring. I am so nervous and excited. I've been saying for years I'm going to take the test and now I'm ready. I'm looking forward to learning more with Marie Herman and our study. Wish me luck!

Congratulations on taking this next step in your personal and professional development. It's always a challenge to step out of our comfort zone, but the rewards are so worth it! Best wishes with your studies. We can't wait to celebrate when you add those letters after your name!
