Why CAP certification?

After attending the IAAP conference in 2019, I became more familiar with the advantages of a CAP certification both personally and professionally. In addition to improving my skills in my current job position, the certification will be beneficial should I decide on a virtual assistant profession after retirement. Learning is so rewarding!
