Why am I doing this?!
Hi everyone! I've been an EA for over 15 years (worked in education, entertainment and now in hospitality) and came across the CAP certification information during my review time last year. I loved that there is a certification available for my career. I went back to school a few years ago and graduated in 2018, which was a really difficult journey for me. Now I have calmed down and de-stressed a bit several years later, I'm ready for the next challenge! I am taking the CAP exam to help further my own knowledge and be an admin on the front line of information for myself, my manager and my team. Nice to meet you all!
