First Time AttendeesFirst Time Attendee Orientation is on Wednesday, July 17 from 4:30 – 5:30pm in Exhibit Hall D and is a must-attend for Summit newbies! You’ll have a chance to learn the ropes, meet some great people, and get an overview of the Summit experience. Opening CelebrationOpening Celebration is a conference favorite this year, to be sure! The Morning WalkThe Morning Walk is a favorite among conference attendees and well worth the early hour. Stand-Up DesksNEW THIS YEAR! Each education room will have tall cocktail tables in the back of the room. We’d love for you to use these as stand-up desks, whether for a short time or for the length of the session. Power Strip AvailabilityAll technology sessions have power strips at each table, and you are encouraged to bring your laptop for a hands-on workshop. All other workshop sessions will have power strips at the table, but please do your best to put your device in the middle of the table for the duration of the session to ensure full attention and participation.
