Should you need to transfer/postpone your exam, you must fill out the form below. There is a required exam transfer fee of $150. You must have your transfer request submitted 30 days prior to first day of the testing window.

You must transfer to the next available testing window. You are only allowed ONE transfer, if the exam is not taken after you transfer, the exam fee is forfeited, and you must wait one year to submit another exam application.

Requests for transfers after the 30-day window are only approved in cases of documented medical or family emergencies. Transfer fees are only waived for cases of documented medical or family emergencies.
