IAAP Foundation Scholarships: CAPstone Scholarship Application

CAPstone Scholarship
IAAP CAPstone Program | Virtual | Spring or Fall 2026

The CAPstone Scholarship supports administrative professionals who are ready to deepen their expertise in specialized areas of practice through IAAP’s virtual CAPstone program. Offered twice per year, CAPstone provides a flexible, immersive experience designed to enhance real-world skills in areas like project management, human resources, and event planning.

This scholarship helps remove financial barriers for those pursuing continued growth and development in their profession.


Scholarships Include:

  • Full registration for one CAPstone 2026 cohort (Spring or Fall)
  • Access to an interactive virtual learning experience
  • Choice of specialized tracks aligned with professional interests
  • A blend of asynchronous coursework and live facilitated sessions
  • Community engagement through networking and group collaboration

 


Candidate Criteria

All candidates for the CAPstone Scholarship are expected to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Active IAAP Membership for at least the previous two years
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential holder
  • Not currently serving as an IAAP board member or in leadership roles such as chairs or chair-elects

Applications Open: November 1, 2025
Applications Close: November 30, 2025
Recipient Notification: December 20, 2025

Interested applicants will complete a written application. Selected recipients will be notified via email.
