OfficePro is published seven times a year, which includes one executive edition with content aimed at office executives.

Needs: Our readers are seeking new information on how to do their job with excellence, workplace trends, latest technologies, working collaboratively, managing ethical dilemmas, coping with problems and issues that crop up in office life. We are seeking new, up-to-date information that offers a fresh perspective on office life and the issues that matter to today’s office professional.
Requirements: We require article sourcing in submissions. Please include quotes and/or facts from at least two named expert sources. Please also include statistics, surveys, or other source materials in your submission. We also encourage quotes from working admins to make the article more conversational. Include sidebars where applicable. Please write in a personal, direct tone in active voice. Include practical examples where possible.
Length: Features - 1,200 to 1,500 words; Shorter articles - 700 to 800 words
Payment: Contracts are negotiated on an individual basis. Authors are required to handle major revisions. We pay after receiving and approving of the article, usually 15 to 60 days. We reserve the right to reject unacceptable assigned articles for a small kill fee.

Tips for Writers: We like it when a writer can take an assignment or pitch an idea that has new information or a fresh twist on the old. We don’t want to see vagueness and generality in writing. I like expert contributions either as a writer or the one a writer interviews. When our readers finish an article, they shouldn’t say "Well, duh." They should have learned specific steps to take and practical ideas to use. We want our readers to feel energized and empowered by what they read in OfficePro.
