Membership Extension Hardship Application

We want to ensure you have access to the community when you need it most. We recognize that the impacts of the pandemic are still being felt by many in our community. If you are having issues paying for your IAAP membership renewal, please complete and submit the hardship application below. This hardship application should be utilized for individuals experiencing:

  • Loss in wages
  • Unemployment
  • Financial Hardships

Once submitted your application will be reviewed by IAAP staff, and you will be contacted within 2 business days. Please feel free to share this application with anyone you know who may be struggling to pay their membership renewal.
