My name is Karen.  I've been in the administrative profession for 24 years, as an Admin. Assistant, Executive Admin. Assistant, and am currently in the role of Officer Manager. Throughout my career my skill-set has increased, but I've never taken any serious steps to advance my knowledge through professional development or certification.  I'm excited to improve myself, and through a CAP study group, expand my community.

I applied on the last day, so I now have a lot of reading to do to get up to speed with the rest of the group!.....I better get to it!
