My name is Michelle and I am very excited to start this new chapter of my life.  I've been an Administrative Professional for over 25 years!  I've taken courses throughout my career but none as extensive as this CAP exam.  I hope that it sharpens my skills and provides me with the tools I need to take my career to the next level.  Its been a long time since I've had to sit down and study but I'm dedicated to completing this course with success.  I've joined an online study group and I hope that it helps me remember how to study and apply what I've learned and pass the exam.
