CAP Certificate
I passed the Spring CAP exam and was curious when we will be getting the emailed version of the certificate. I just need a copy to send onto my college for credit.

The email from The Award Group will be going out very soon, so you can claim your physical certificate. I apologize for the delay. The Performance Report you received is the official documentation of your achievement.

Hi Barbara,  thank you for the update. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss the email. My CAP exam test results went to my Spam folder.

Madison Area Technical College said they need the actual certificate before awarding credit.

Congratulations on passing the CAP exam!  I had to wait for the physical hard copy of the certificate that took about 45 days after I received the notice that I passed.  I never received an email version of the certificate.
