Pursuing CAP certification
I’ve decided that 2018 is the year that I will put me first. I want to pursue certification for my own self-interest. I like learning. I believe that studying for CAP will broaden my interests and perhaps will continue pursuing other certifications. Additionally, I’m getting close to retirement and I would like to have a certification if I decide to work elsewhere part-time, volunteer, etc. I hope that by being certified, I can gain the respect of prospective employers. I have a lot to offer from my years of experience, and having a certification will demonstrate that I am serious about my career.
