My name is Elizabeth Ross and I will be taking the CAP exam this fall. I have many years of experience of Administrative work but have never really thought about taking the exam. I begin doing some research and found out that my employer will give me a 9% raise when I become CAP certified. I have joined Marie Herman's study group and can tell already it is going to be very beneficial. I am excited but anxious to begin this journey. Any help, tips or encouragement is welcomed!

You can definitely do this! And how awesome to know that you have a 9% pay increase waiting in the wings. That is definitely icing on the cake!!! Honestly, I am surprised even more TN admins don't pursue this where they would have that reward waiting for them. I know it's not all companies, but dang!
