Why I'm taking the CAP exam

I have been in my position as the Executive Aide for three years. I finally feel comfortable in my job and felt like I could tackle studying for the CAP exam. I’ll admit that I’m nervous about the test because it has been 30 years since I graduated from college. Thirty years since I’ve had to study and be tested! I’m committed to seeing it through and hoping for the best. When I pass, I will receive a 9% salary increase.
