CAP SmartBook app troubleshooting
Hello, I just joined the community yesterday. I purchased the $99.3-month access to SmartBook. However, I am having difficulties launching it from my phone. I have downloaded the McGraw-Gill app and tried to access via learn@iaap. After I hit "launch", all I get is a white screen. Is this an app problem, or is this related to the technical difficulties that the IAAP learn website had on Monday 8/20/18? Thank you kindly for any response.

Patricia I used the SmartBook to take the exam in the Spring and found that it did not always function well on my phone or my iPad, unfortunately. I used the traditional book when out and about and my laptop when studying at home. Seems like there might still be a few bugs that need to be worked out for full functionality. Just my two cents. Welcome!  I ended up using the actual book and the electronic version on my PC, not my iPhone or iPad. I found the quizzes in the electronic version to be very helpful.  Oh, and my 11 year old daughter made me flashcards.  ;-)  Best of luck!

The SmartBook does not work on your phone or tablet, unfortunately.

I was unable to use the app on my phone. I could use it on my laptop and my desktop but not from my phone or iPad.
