Second Time’s a Charm
Hi everyone, last year I enrolled in the CAP exam but was not aware of how much preparation I needed. This year I am determined to sit the exam and am excited that I found Marie Hermans study group. As I work on advancing my skillset as a EA, I know this certification will help me in many ways. I am also looking forward to gaining the 3 letters at the end of my name. Heres to not living in fear, being prepared, setting goals and conquering them! Thanks, Lydia

It's a scary thing to face up to something that we have "failed" in previously. It says a lot about you that you are going to try again. You went through it, you survived, you looked around for what you could do differently and you took action. Woo hoo! Let's get you those initials!

I'm not sure what the average number of sittings for passing the exam is these days but in the "old" days it was three. Back when I took the exam it was offered only once a year so lots of opportunities to study. We had six individual parts so it did make it a little easier to concentrate on the parts you did not pass. By the way, I was average.
